Lala73 that police Inspector Attempted to have me charged internally within the Police because I "lawfully" requested information pursuant to the Official Information Act that would of helped a person that had been arrested at that Inspectors Station, by his mates. In the end the Office of the Commissioner directed him to supply the information, and that person was found NOT guilty. That Inspector that you defend without knowing the FACTS has in my opinion acted in a very childish, corrupt manner, and basically more senior Police Officers ordered him to pull his head in, but he still remains a Police Officer, what else has he been up to that we have no knowledge of?
Lala73 You cannot not state "unbalanced persons rantings" without you personally knowing the FACTS of that matter. I can assure you, your reference to "unbalanced persons rantings" is completely wrong.
I have spoken to the Blogger [abridged] Because of the truth of his claims, Police have tried almost everything to shut him up, and as far as that Inspector is concerned I have personal knowledge of his behaviour which is presently a small part of a rather large inquiry into Police behaviour.

Thank you for having the guts to create such a blog.
It has been known for a long long time that foxes should not be in charge of hen houses.
In this day and age it is most important that people,especially young people that may find the police intimidating, to know their rights. I would advise people to start recording any dealings with police as soon as you are approached by them. They cannot order you to switch off your cellphone. It is of couse for their protection as well that any dealings are recorded for any future judge and jury to see for themselves. the mere asking the cellphone to be switched off by the cop is very sinister in itself.
A study years ago said 80% of all people are in jobs unsuitable for them and that includes cops.
Remember that 20% or one in five are good people and are there for the right reasons.

Yep, you hit the nail on the head there.
I have to keep reminding myself that there are those in the police for the right reasons, to make a difference.
Unfortunately the nature of that organization merely encourages a festering scab that eventually oozes puss, as we saw in the Shipton, Dewar, Schollum scandals.
Technology may be our only defence against the likes of that form of lowlife.
